Three beautiful areas within the arboretum provide options for your perfect day. A traditional chapel with seating for 220 guests is a perfect setting for ceremonies. A lodge-style indoor-outdoor pavilion, appointed with stone and architectural wood features is a spectacular area for day and evening events. Surrounded by stone terraces, water features, fire pits and a stream, the pavilion is a perfect venue for weddings, receptions and all special occasions, with comfortable seating for 300 guests. A reception hall is also available for receptions, with seating for up to 200 guests. 

Olinger Crown Hill Arboretum offers an exclusive catering menu presented by Carte d’ Or Catering & Events, and carriage rides by Denver Carriage, to provide all-inclusive options for your event.  We can complete the essence of any event with the beauty of Lehrer’s Flowers.  Lehrer’s has created exclusive bridal floral packages for events in the Arboretum, as well as custom arrangements to enhance the ambiance of your gathering.

Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery was designated an Arboretum by the City of Wheat Ridge in 2007.  Featuring more than 1,750 trees and representing 80 species, our urban forest showcases a delightful, comprehensive collection of trees including 19 Colorado State Champions.  Crown Hill achieved arboretum status by identifying and documenting our tree collection under the guidance of the Denver Botanic Gardens outreach program, Front Range Community College Horticulture & Landscape Technologies and the Colorado State Forester. As we move forward to enhance the arboretum we have engaged in a formal partnership with Denver Botanic Gardens through its newly established Rocky Mountain Arboretum. Crown Hill is the premier partner of the Rocky Mountain Arboretum, which has been created to further Denver Botanic Gardens’ community outreach by offering professional design services and horticultural consultation to assist amateurs with developing their horticultural assets.
